Rental Terms and agrements

The rental agreement will be be provided if you are interested the property rental.

Please note

1. This is a residential condomium and NOT a party place. We do not rent to stag parties, bachelor parties or to any group who is planning to party with loud music till the late hours of the evening.

2. You will be meet our property manager who will check you in and out of the apartment. They will be your main point of contact will you are in Cartagena in regards to the apartment.

3. You will be asked to re-sign the rental agremement upon check in and will be required to provide identifcation prior to check in.

4. There is a $500 USD security deposit which is to be prepaid prior to check in. The deposit will be refunded if all items on the rental agrement are met.
