Answer: The outdoor jacuzzi is located on one of the balconies and is for maximum 10 people.

Question: What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: You may cancel sixty (60) days before check in with a full 100% refund of your initial deposit.

Question: What are the rates to rent the penthouse apartment?

Questions: How do you accept payment?
Answer: At this time we accept payment through Paypal, money order or direct deposit only. Credit cards are accepted through paypal.

Question: What is the deposit to reserve a property?
Answer: The deposit is 25% of the rental rate to make the reservation and confirm your reservation.

Question: When does the rental rates need to be paid?
Answer: The total rental rate costs need to be paid thirty (30) days before check in.

Question: Is there a security deposit required and when must it be paid?
Answer: Your secuirty deposit must be paid thirty (30) days before check in date. The refundable secuirty deposit is $500US dollars.
